1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
- Our products are made-to-order and personalized, therefore, we only accept returns or offer refunds for products that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
- We do not offer returns or refunds for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or changes of mind.
2. Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or if you believe the product you received is not as described, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of receiving the order.
- To initiate the return process, you will need to provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including the packaging, to assist our team in assessing the issue.
3. Wrong Item Received:
- If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of receiving the order.
- We may require clear photos of the received item, the packaging, and the packing slip to verify the mistake.
4. Return Procedure:
- To initiate a return request, contact our Customer Support team at info@vop360.com within the specified time frames mentioned above.
- Our Customer Support team will guide you through the necessary steps for returning the product. This may include providing you with a return address and any relevant instructions.
- It’s important to note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item received, damaged or defective product).
5. Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
6. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges for Printful products. If you would like a replacement, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
7. Cancelling Orders:
- Orders can only be canceled within the first 4 hours after placing the order. After this window, orders are sent to production and cannot be canceled.
8. Special Considerations:
- Custom-made products, such as personalized designs or customized items, cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We are not responsible for any errors in the design or text submitted by the customer during the ordering process. Please double-check all information before confirming your order.
